Quick Cheesecake


  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • ½ c. skinned hazelnuts
  • 8 gingersnap cookies (or graham crackers)
  • ½ c sweet fruit jam
  • 1-pint fresh berries
  • ½ c. whipped cream (whipped)
  • ½ c. cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. icing sugar

Dark chocolate curls for serving

Get 4 dessert cups or bowls ready (using clear dishes will show off the beautiful layers

Melt butter & combine with crushed hazelnuts & cookies, then press lightly into the bottom of your dessert cups

Divide jam evenly over cookie crust, topping with a layer of fresh berries

Combine remaining ingredients & spoon over fresh berries

Top with chocolate curls and serve
